Apple Support Website
Visit the official Apple Support website at https://support.apple.com/. Select the device or service you need assistance with, and you'll find options to contact Apple support via phone, chat, or email.
Apple Support App
Here are the steps to follow to use the Apple Support App:
- Download the Apple Support app from the App Store. The app provides access to various support articles, troubleshooting tools, and the option to chat with an Apple support representative.
- Select the app from your home screen by tapping the icon.
- Once the app opens, choose the device you are having issues with from My Devices.
Phone Support
You can call Apple directly to speak with a customer support representative. The appropriate phone number depends on your location and the nature of your inquiry. Apple has official support accounts on Twitter (@AppleSupport) and other social media platforms. You can send a direct message or tweet to them for assistance.

To find the closest Apple location, do the following:
- Go to apple.com/retail and choose your state from the drop-down menu at the top of the window
- Select your local Apple store from the next drop-down menu.
- This page will show the hours of your local Apple Store and let you schedule an appointment to have your device repaired.
How To Find the serial number of your Apple product
You will need to have your Apple device's serial number or Apple ID available when contacting customer support. This information can help them assist you more effectively. Lets look at how to find this information.
Depending on the product, you can find its serial number in one or more of these ways:
- Check the surface of your product for a printed serial number.
- On Mac, choose Apple menu > About This Mac.
- On iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch, go to Settings > General > About.
